This is the series sequel to the series What I Wanted. This chapter is !NON-EROTIC!, I repeat !NON-EROTIC! and will contain sex between characters under the age of 18 in later chapters. Don't like? Don't read. !NON-EROTIC! !NON-EROTIC!
Some things had changed during my transition into high school, but not much. You'll most likely call me stupid and such for informing you on what I'm about to...
I was still friends with Desiree. I mean, I never did tell her I knew about her and Joseph. So to her, nothing big happened between us. Maybe it was a good idea to keep it that way, or maybe it wasn't, but the thought was always in the back of my head.
Throughout most of the remainder of my 8th grade year, people looked at me way differently. As if I was a host of some sort of plague. I don't blame them. I had basically became the school's slut, although I only really slept with George. Speaking of him, he was still there. I have three classes with him this year but he tries to avoid me as much as possible. As much as I want to suppress my feelings for him, I can't. There'll just always be a part of him in me.
And I hate to admit the same goes for Joseph. I hadn't seen him since last year, since the 9th and 8th grades are on different campuses, but he still went over to Desiree's house. Desiree tried to keep his name out of her mouth but when I'd be over, but her brother Daniel would mention him. They were still friends after all.
Who haven't I mentioned?...
Oh, Alex! Hah, he's the only one I will never have feelings for. Not that I ever did. I just pretend he doesn't exist, it's easy since we don't talk either. So he's just... A guy.
"Watch where you're going," A guy angrily muttered when I accidentally stepped on the back of his shoe. "Faggot."
Oh.. Yeah.. Somehow my short lived reputation carried on here. How? I don't know and I don't plan on finding out.
I rolled my eyes but Desiree defended me. "Why don't you hurry yourself up, fat ass?" He barely even regarded her. That's how it was with these people older than us. They acted like if most of us were nothing.
"You shouldn't even bother." I said. "He couldn't give two shits of what we have to say."
"They piss me off though!" She shouted.
"Even me?" Someone asked from behind as they wrapped their arms around her waist.
She giggled. "Yeah, even you. I mean, especially you, Carter." She told her boyfriend, who was in the eleventh grade.
How she managed to pull that off? I don't know. All I know is that they have band together. (Which I decided not to stick with.) And it started from there.
I decided to leave them alone and just walk to class. And boy was it hard with a lot of damn kids in the hallway. I'd be shocked if I ever made it through a class change without tripping... But maybe my clumsiness was also a factor.
As I squeezed through a corner to take a right, I unsurprisingly bumped into someone. Expecting a rude remark, I immediately apologized. When no word was said from the person, I finally looked up. And it was a god damn water fountain. I cursed myself for being so stupid when I heard a voice beside me.
"Damn. He seems mad, what'd you do to him?" A tall guy asked me, a smile across his face.
I blushed and only partly because I was embarrassed that he had heard me. This guy was a freakin' junior on the varsity baseball team. I decided to try and joke back. "I kinda drained him." Or at least what I thought would be acceptable. He raised an eyebrow and right away I felt like a loser. "Oh gosh, forget I said that."
"Don't worry about it. I thought it was kinda funny." He laughed as he turned away from me.
Troy. That was his name. And he had spoken to me! Someone older here at this school acknowledged me and call me lame, but I was pretty thrilled.

Once again I walked home with Desiree and Carter. In silence. And I wasn't necessarily walking with them as I was way ahead of them. It was common courtesy to leave them alone but Carter and I just didn't click. He tried not to show it but you can tell when someone isn't very find of you.
I walked into my house and called out to my mom. "I'm home!"
"I'm in the kitchen." She called back. My mom, who now stayed at home, was preparing a dinner. I enjoyed that she didn't work anymore. It gave me the opportunity to actually talk to her. "How was your day?"
"Oh, the usual. But this one junior did talk to me!" I said, recalling our small conversation.
She glanced up from the stove to look at me. "You like him, don't you?"
"What, no!" I denied, but the smile on her face told me she believed otherwise. "I don't. I do think he's cute though. There's a difference, okay?" I smiled. "Anyways, I gotta go do homework."
"Alright. I'll call you down when I'm finished."
With that, I went upstairs into my room. I pulled out some sheets from my backpack and went to my desk.

I was about to get on my laptop when my phone vibrated.
It was Desiree.
Desiree: Hey, watcha doin tomorrow?
Me: Uhh.. Nothing.. Why?
Desiree: I need a huuuuuge favor! :)
Me: oh gosh, what is it?
Desiree: Come over.. I might need to persuade you.
And persuade she did.
"Come on, Tony!" She cried. "It'll be just for like, three hours." I shook my head. "Pretty please." She dragged on.
I crossed my arms. She wanted me to go with Daniel to see a movie while she went on a date with Carter. And her parents wouldn't let her unless she changed the date. To see the movie along with her brother.
"Why should I? He's gonna go with a bunch of his friends and you know what that means."
"I already talked to Daniel about that. He said Joseph couldn't go." I squinted my eyes at her. "Please." She latched on to my arm and kept repeating that single word.
"Alright!" I yelled giving in.
She squealed and hugged me as she gave me a quick kiss on the cheek. Just as she pulled back Daniel burst through the door.
"Awesome, dude! Thanks a bunch!"
I sighed. I knew it couldn't be that bad though.

The following day was Saturday and I walked over to Desiree's. I knocked on the door and Daniel opened it.
"She's in her room." He simply said.
I walked to her room and entered it. "Wow, someone fixed up their hair."
"It is a date, idiot." She said. "You look like you fixed yourself up too." She looked over at me.
"What do you mean? I always look this good." I joked. But I had just put on some skinny jeans and a plaid shirt.
"Yeah, right. Anyways, yours and Daniel's ride is supposed to be here soon." She informed me just as Daniel called for me. "Well, have fun and thanks a bunch." She said as she hugged me.
"You too. And be careful." I walked toward the front door where Daniel was waiting for me along with another kid.
We walked out to where an SUV was waiting for us. I entered in the backseat along with Daniel as his friend got into the passenger. There were more kids in the third row and one on the same as the one I was in.
"Fountain boy?" The driver asked as he started to reverse. I froze. Oh gosh, how coincidental. I hadn't got to get a good look at the driver but I knew it was him. He looked at me through the rearview mirror and laughed. "It is you, so you're basically their chaperone?"
"Yeah, guess so." I mumbled.
"You know him?" Daniel asked.
Before I could answer, Troy did. "We barely met. Just yesterday actually."
"Fountain boy?" Someone asked from behind me.
Once again, Troy laughed. And he told them what happened. Of course he would...

Once we arrived at the theatre we all got out.
The passenger, who I assumed was Troy's younger brother, asked, "What, you're coming too?"
"I figured I'd keep fountain boy some company. I'm sure he was dragged into this anyways." He answered.
I blushed. He wanted to keep me.. Company. Then I shook my head. No, not like that. Maybe he's just bored. After we purchased our tickets separately and bought snacks (Desiree gave me money, I mean it's the least she could do) we went into the screening room.
Daniel and his friends filed into a row and I was going to follow until Troy tapped my shoulder and kept walking up the stairs. I shyly followed as my mind raced with thoughts... Dirty thoughts.
He decided to sit in a row near the very top. I chose to leave a seat between us to not make things awkward as much I didn't want to put space between us.
"What's your name, fountain boy?"
"It's Tony." I mumbled. "Yours?" I asked, for the sake of not seeming like a freak.
"So, what exactly is this movie about?" I asked, not once bothering to know what it's plot was. Dumb, I know. But you should know that by now. It's name was Dormant Being, so I couldn't figure out what it could be about.
"Are you really asking that?"
I raised my eyebrow. "Uh, yeah."
"It's a zombie movie. It's what everyone wants to see. How could you not know about it?"
"A zombie movie?" I asked. I wasn't a big fan of scary movies. I was a big scaredy cat.
"You scared or something?" He asked smiling.
"Yes!" I decided not to lie. "I really don't wanna watch this."
"Dude, calm down."
That was the last things I'd be able to do. I was already getting antsy. When I stood up to leave, Troy grabbed my wrist. I instantly stood still and looked at him.
"You're gonna bail on me, dude?"
I know I shouldn't have gave in, but his damn face was just so- ugh! I reluctantly sat back down. Someone tapped my shoulder from my right and asked, "Are you with him?" A lady asked. I nodded, knowing what she meant. "Can you please scoot over so me and my husband can sit here?" I looked around and was shocked to see the room had filled with so many people. I looked over to Troy who was just looking back. He nodded his head.
I timidly sat in the seat next to Troy and put my drink to my right. Then the lights dimmed all the way and my heart was pounding. The screen jumped to video and started playing.
> > > > > > < < < < < <
I was screaming and jumping a lot. Every time I would do either Troy would look at me and laugh, which was pretty frequent. The film was now at a point where the four remaining protagonist were in a hospital. A hospital! Where a bunch of those things would be.
Troy picked up his soda and placed it on the ground and raised his armrest. He tapped me and looked at me expectedly and I wasn't about to decline. I placed my left hand on his upper leg and gripped. A little later in the film a zombie broke through a glass window and scared the shit out of me. I jumped and my hand moved as well. I started watching the movie again when Troy sounded like he seemingly stifled a cough. I looked at him, my mind becoming distracted from the film. That's when I noticed where my hand was.
Wow, it's been so long. I'm not even sure if you all wanted to see a future update. But here it is. I plan on making this less of an angst story. Tony's not that dumb anymore. He's learned from his mistakes so he know what he actually desires. Well, sorry for no sex.. But I most likely think there will be some in the next chapter. Sooo, tell me what you all think. What you like or didn't like. And tell me if you're sorta happy to see a sequel. I was pretty excited to upload this (:
