See-through panties are not the same as clear panties, unless they're made of plastic. This story was a good start, but you need work on your verb tenses, your characters, your action, your description, and your general believability. I can tell that you're really trying, but that was some of the least exciting sex I've read lately. If that is how you think girls feel when they lose their virginity, I'm guessing that you're a virgin, too. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it doesn't help in the writing department.
