That makes Kelly at least 14, not 13, and if Mom gave birth on or close to her 16th birthday, Kelly could be as old as 15. I have read a poll that the average age of a girl's first sexual encounter is now at 14. If that is the average, that means that there are many who are 13 and younger having sex. |
