If you show me the best thing ever, but only the very beginning of it, I won't be able to say it's any good because it's an unfinished product. Now the reason I'm upset: don't blame ADHD for your shortcomings. I have ADHD, and it's not a disease. I can focus. When writing is my undertaking, I finish. You're looking for a cop-out. It's not like you went into a narcoleptic coma and your face smashed into your keyboard, hitting the submit key before you intended. You started out with the present then went back to show how it got to that point, it had good potential, next time if you lose focus, just write it up and save it in Notepad or whatever text document program you use, then go back at it again. Re-Write this if you want, following the same style you were using, present, going back to show how you got to that point, detail that abit more and reach the present, upon reaching the present, extend that and let the story bloom and it'll be fine. I never write my stories in one go either, you can check them out. Good starting job, don't let the comments stop you from writing! Get to it and you'll get better~! Goodluck. =) |
