| 2004-10-06 14:19:17 | Episode I: Of the Adventures of John and Holly | I understand the desparity in ratings between chapters and Episode. Individually compared to other stories on the sites, each part doesn't really stand up on its own. But all together they are better. Its why i did compile them into one episode so that i could see the rating of all of them. Update: I have parts 21-24 basically done, but now i m questioning the premise of where it is going, and i think that the whole episode (21-40) isnt what i want to do. So I think i am going to push this one back and make it Episode III, and start on making a new Episode II. So basically this means that although these four parts are basically done, they won't come out until after i do episode II. So if you haven't figured it out, i am in fact working on this further. The only problems I had with it were some minor stuff like spelling and the lack of the whole, "new paragraph for each new speaker" thing which might have helped break it up a little, make it easier to read. Keeping it flowing is always key. Keep it up dude! |

You should seperate these stories in seperate short stories, being a English Professor at the University of Arizona I would know. I give and assignment to write about anything, being a page like this or a book of short stories. You need to work on sentence fluency, it is kinda choppy.This would be a good short storie book. i would give this a B+. Keep writing. |
