I presumed he will be hired and he could hook up with Diane. Here is your quote. "He went into his office to prepare for the interview. Tony had a pad of notes and some questions he wanted to ask the young man. At two minutes to ten, Tony’s secretary buzzed him on the intercom and told him Jason Cornier was waiting. Tony went out to the outer office and greeted Jason with a strong handshake, and invited him into his office" I have some backgroune in advertising. Apparently so do you. Your ideas re chicken, band-aids etc are good. This is just good writing. |

| 2007-03-02 08:39:38 | Mixed Metaphors X | As I have stated previously, I took advertising art as a major in college and minored in psychology, after my time in the service. I had a minor position in a small advertising firm for a year in Los Angeles, however due to the lack of benefits I joined a city police department in Southern California. Due to a bad motorcycle accident, where I almost lost a leg, I returned to college and received my teaching credential. I went on to teach Junior High School, (as we call it on the west coast), Middle School for a while. I still send in some artwork and ideas to the ad agency on occasion. (see below) |

Jason is just out of college and only about twenty-two, while Diane is almost thirty and has strong feelings for Jake, the limousine driver, as you will see in chapter 12. Jason Cornier is the son of a multi-millionaire father who owns several Chevrolet dealerships around the country, and is looking to open other businesses. The father is embarrassed, due to his son’s lifestyle. Jason is gay and has an older life partner, so anyone concerned regarding Jason chasing after Diane or Becky, need not be concerned.
