A Walnut Whip is a British item of confection commonly available from what I believe Americans call Candy Stores. Made by the Nestle Company these days it is a hollow cone of milk or dark chocolate with a roughened outer surface, about 40mm in diameter and 60mm tall filled with either vanilla or coffee flavoured whipped fondant and topped with a shelled walnut. Costs about £0.40; delicious!!! God! Who needs sex when there's chocolate!? |
