That you let us get to know the situation and people as well as we do this fast is pretty good, but what is lacking is in grammar. At some times I actually got annoyed at the poor grammar, I am no proffesor of english nor even a teacher but I still apriciate the wonder of correct grammar and well thought out sentences. When I was reading the first third the grammar was so annoying that I was going to set a 5 or something since you still tell a good story, but as the story progressede I got more and more caught up by it and now at the end I must say that even though you could correct some annoyances and outright faulty grammar I will still give it an eight. I will read on tomorrow and hope to see more slowpaced wonder. |
