I agree with the 06-25-07 comment. It was lack of training (and leadership) on his part, not hers, that is at fault. He should have kept a closer eye on Sanny. He also should not have been 'engrossed' by someone having sex. It is somethong he has probably has seen hundreds of times before.
He should have continued her training at the party and set definite limits on what would and would not happen to her. If he had done that then he could have continued her training through several more stories, getting more and more depraved.
