In theory though, if both parties agree, and papers can be signed at the same time, in states where irreconsilable differences is legal, a divorce can be that simple and almost that quick. Finalizing, and getting a judge to sign to make things final would be what takes the longest. Like bfcmik said... who wants to read about that stuff anyway. Parts 4 and 5 have been submitted to xnxx, and should be posted soon. |
